from my agricultural readings and my experience, 700 to 1200ppm max seems to be the right spot
over 1200ppm it seems to have detrimental effects (stomatas closing etc)
it contains 3% mgO.. not even sure you need it. cal nitrate you need for sure
i don't see yara advise mgso4, but with some og/cookie strains mag def can appear
what strain do you grow?
i'm also interested in using yara dry salts
i would use some epsom but in moderate quantities and wait to see...
if your runoff ppm measure more than the input you're overfeeding your plants
they transpire more than they eat and the EC in the medium increase
what EC do you feed at ?
no need to vent if you have co2 burner
its a waste of gas and electricity
1500ppm is the upper limit dont go over if you want my opinion
1200ppm is more comfortable
so you use RO water i guess
i would keep the flores and the canna calmag
the best liquid pk boost i know is B.A.C F1 booster, best price/quality value too, like the whole line
i made some run with canna line in the past its a fine line but too pricey for what it is
now i only stick to B.A.C A+B...
1000ppm of co2 is near optimal
1500ppm is often considered a bit too much, 1200ppm being the best
do you use a PK booster of some sort ? that will give you the density, N excess will give fluffy buds
higher temps (around 29degree) are also a factor of fluffyness in sealed room
from my...
i dont think coco is more carcinogen than other mediums
it just releases some elements, which must be taken in count when formulating the nutrition
but all the liquid additives are more or less bad from whati heard .. the manufacturers mix em with several nocive coponents so everything stay...
don't know if it has already been said but canna line is made for hard water (tap ec=0.5mS).
the nitric acid in the fertilizer will react with the calcium carbonate of your tap water and make the calcium avalaible
if you use canna with RO water or soft water it will be a disaster because there...
nobody can guess the right EC in your setup
it depends on many factors, strains, RH, temp etc
you need to recirculate your solution, if the EC climb after a day then you should reduce the feed, if EC dropped you know you need to increase
plants usually need higher EC during veg, start at...
all these kool bloom, bud blaster etc ... with high PK ratio are pk booster you only need to choose one to use in combination with your base nutrient
calmag is needed or not depending on the EC (ppm) of your water out the tap
what "base" nutes do you have under the hand ? tripart, maxibloom ?
plants will never ripen properly when they are yellow
they need to be green from the start to the end
easier said than done but its the goal
in soil gnats must never be a pb
if you water your soil properly the top layers of dirt dry out between the feeds and impede gnat larvaes to develop
pot...
you don't vent with a co2 generator
get a 2.5kw burner, with a pilot flame
at the beginning just the pilot burning should keep the room around 500ppm if its well sealed
when the plants are bigger and start to flower increase the enrichment progressivly by turning on/off the main burner(ideally...
i would put the light a bit farther
red stems and bleached tops.. too much light if you want my opinion
i always get this when i put my hps too close/too early
plants can absorb high amounts of light but later in bloom from my experience
