This is my first time sexing plants, I have 6 plants growing and they are a week into being flipped to flower. 5 of 6 plants have formed balls all over and I dont know if these are male balls or if pistils will grow from them.

Please help! My plants have been very healthy until the last 2 weeks, the lower leaves have started to turn yellow and die and some of the plants are showing spots on the leaves. I've been researching but I can't figure out the problem please help me.
