Should I switch to my 2 part fox farm flower or continue with veggie

I’m using happy frog soil with fox farm 2 step. I waited too long to add veggie. I did a cpl of days ago. Do these plants look male or female? idk why I’m just having hard time telling. I bought the seeds online not sure if will produce anything but seeds.🙄
