I am in a Cooking with Cannibas class at a local University. The instructor expressed that you should never use a pocket (round) grinder and that the kief that is collected in the bottom is useless after a day or two. My experience says different. Curious, what are your thoughts?

Hi folks. I’ve been watching this plant to determine it’s sex. Growing outside. While I don’t see hammocks, I don’t see the ‘double pistols’ or whatever you call the two hairs. Can you please share your opinion. Thx
