Can anybody tell me why i have a nutrient taste after harvest? Using overdrive last two weeks of grow and slowly dropping ppms towards the end.

Can anyone tell me why my white widow are still fluffy, i'm using uc system and getting ready to use overdrive for weeks 7-8. By the way i'm using Jack's method.
