Oh its been super sunny here in So Cal, no overcast days but we did have some really hot ones but only the plants that have similar looks and size seem to have small buds. Guess I'll just let it go and see what happens.

No, change the lighting schedule manually to be 12/12, there's also community build times you could use but personally i do mine manually. after fixing the light schedule wait about a week and check for flower growth.

your reading it correctly, I just made a similar comment.

what your showing is an 18hour light cycle on with 6 hours off, you need to change your lighting to be 12 on and 12 off, flowering wont start unless the light changes which is represented by season changes.

get a air purifier, they are used to circulate room air thru a charcoal filter removing bad odors and unwanted particulates. If its one plant, I'd assume it's a small poly tunnel so it should work fine especially for enclosed spaces.
