I'm thinking it's a bit of burn from the last neem oil spray I did a couple of weeks ago. I didn't want to spray anything once they got into flower but we tend to get drain flies in the house in the spring and they got in the tent and they had to go!

I hope not, I'm not seeing anything in here that could have pollinated them.
