    One gallon jars. My uncle uses those packs tobacco. He is one of those old guys that grows his own supply.

    Indoors I have always taken most of the main stalk up to the cola. The stalk holds a significant amount of water and could double even triple the dry time an with above 50% humidity, two weeks an still wet is not ideal.     I have never done it. I am a hydro guy. I take my clippings, dip in Olivia's rooting gel, pop into a ph balanced rock wool cube. Usually have roots in 3-5 days. Soil I would worry about having to keep it too wet possibly getting some mold starting. If it works for you than heck ya!!! Just keep...

    @Coconutz , had to be my PH. Once I dumped the water I replaced the batteries and recalibrated both my pens. Couple days later everything is gravy. I suggest replacing batteries in meter's at least once a year. I am almost positive that was my issue. .

    Nice!!!! It's just a set back. I have it under control. Roots are spreading like crazy now. I should know better (always test and calibrate the meters more than once) Cheese an Rice! My Pop's used to drill that in my head. I'm getting old haha
