2026 Outdoor Grows! let's see em!

I can't believe it. I've actually grown pot I like to smoke. Right now I'm a believer in using paper bags to slow the curve of my dry because my gorilla cookies auto retained its aroma and potency after 4 days hanging and 3 in a bag + a 4 week cure. I've been burping the rest of my batch...

Thanks, appreciate it. I will definitely purchase some if I can stabilize my drying area. No doubt I've already dried out some buds. I seem to be doing better with what I'm drying right now. A much slower curve

When you say "bag it for 8 weeks", you mean using paper bags? I had to try this because my stuff is drying way too fast. It's definitely slowed my dry, but not sure if I'm doing it right.

Do you keep it at those #s for the duration of the dry?

Cpurola's Outdoor grow in Southeast Michigan 2026

I think I will continue to do autos no matter what else I do. I'm curious now. As for the photos, my only attempt was last year in ground Durban Poison. I made it to the end, and it produced some decent buds, I thought, but to be honest, multiple things could have been wrong and I wouldn't...

Cpurola's Outdoor grow in Southeast Michigan 2026

After what I've dealt with in the way of rain, humidity, wind, very HOT days, and bugs, I want the strains that are MOST resistant to all of it. The shortest grow cycle for a photo or feminized here in Ohio would be nice too. I'm such a novice and need these types of advantages. I thought I was...

Thanks for the tips. Not sure which seeds are going to work best for me yet. Just not enough experience.

Cpurola's Outdoor grow in Southeast Michigan 2026

Before I started coming to this site, I had NO IDEA that cannabis plants could get as big as what some of the grows on here are. If I can get one plant in the ground half as big as yours and as beautiful green, I'd be beyond thrilled. Drone flyovers of many of the grows on this site would be...

Saving this pic if you don't mind. I'd like to research stuff and learn a bit. I am super confused on feeding.

🙂 Can I ask what you mean by that? I assume you're removing parts of your plants that look to be done? The reason I'm asking is because I was under the impression you shouldn't, but I think the tops of my potted plants look done.

Yeah, I think your point about the pots makes sense. I now know for sure the Big Bud fast is recommended to be in ground. The gorilla was recommended for a pot, but I think it said 10 gal min. Both of these are quite rootbound. Thanks for mentioning that, as I should definitely factor it in...

I'd bet the water coming out of the ground at 7 where you live is far better for cannabis than mine.

You're welcome. I doubt many folks in this thread have these amateurish issues that I do, but I'm pretty excited to have figured this out. I probably should have discovered it last year in grow #1, but it's better late than never. No doubt the rain helps a lot. I've collected several buckets to...

The bad news: My og kush auto due to getting bud rot and being harvested early isn't doing well. A month into cure I smoked and it wasn't great. No real aroma, but not hay either. I just think trichomes were not ready. It did get me mildly high tho. Maybe curing longer will help. The good news...

Nothing tells me I'm screwed more than this. 😆 Your beautiful plants don't lie, though.

Thanks for the tip. I had begun to wonder if I'd need to do something like that.

My Gorilla Cookies auto is at 11 weeks and well into flower. Does it look like I need to do anything to remedy the yellowing leaves, or it's progressing well enough? This photo is a bit lighter green than it actually looks. But I do have some yellowing leaves, most of which are older. My other...

My plan was to grow 2 of these Big Bud Fast Version in 7 gal pots. One of them is doing fine. I'm not sure what to make of this one. I named it Zozo after my dog, who ripped it out of the pot attached to a stick very early in veg and dragged it around the yard. Once I chased her down and...

Well, I've now had some experience identifying and removing bud rot. Hopefully removing the full branch was enough. That was on my Northern Lights Auto. I seem to have misplaced the photos I think from here on out I'm taking them in the garage each night where at least they'll remain dry and...
