How long should the flowering stage typically last?

Started growing two random seeds gifted to me from a friend both are female my question is. Both started growing 3 point leafs to 5 point leafs . One of them keeps growing only five point and the other has moved from 5 to 6 to 7 point leafs now. Im just curious.

Should i remove the leafs or treat them with anything? Or just leave it alone.

I thought it might be mold someone over water the hell out of my plant one day then few days later this started showing up. I have never grown before and wasn't sure if its normal at a certain point or mold..

I dont know what this is. Just started popping up one day on the new leafs. Im super new at this plz help, indoor grown.
