Afgani is looking good. As others said, hard to give too much light, but watch the temperatures. If running different strains, you will probably want to do some training to keep the heights even.

You can transplant from rockwool cubes to soil, if I buy clones they are in rockwool, when I do them myself, I use the rapid rooter cubes, either way they then go into soil. Lots of soil choices, I do it the easy way and just use straight Fox Farms Ocean Forest.
