Just realized you're probably actually looking for part ECS-3 from Trolmaster which is the twist type Fluence plug to an RJ12.

If you're talking the Trolmaster-specific ones (lighting adapter F LMA-14) I got them at my local hydro shop. You can get the plugs that have the twist end to bare wires from Fluence.

The Trolmaster has been working well, it's been quietly doing it's job without any fuss. I definitely couldn't see myself going back to a setup without it or something similar.

Ha, I'm flattered. I will say I've been fairly happy with my job mainlining on this last grow. There's a few tweaks I'm going to make for this next round and I'll report in my grow diary how that goes.

What are your plans for plant training? If you train these plants in the same way you won't get as good of results as you could have and it won't mean much. The LED (and any good bar-style led) should be able to do quite a bit better than the HPS but to get the most requires training the plants...

You're doing fine, the plants look good and I'm seeing some decent new growth. I wait until my plants are taller to start topping but that's just because of how I want them to fit my scrog. Keep topping and/or training to fill up the usable space under your light and you'll do well.
