Is she still on meds or suffering from ailments? If she is and you wanted to try cannabis you could start small and just incorporate a bit with her food, as long as there's some fat in her meal which there should be, she should feel some effects.

THC will have an effect on any mammal imo. Basically you want to start with a very small dose. But the toxicity of Cannabis is so low that you don't have to worry. Worse case she'll sleep a lot. But ya start small.

Just a little update. I decided to flush her until the runoff matched the distilled water at 6.5. So I've done that. I started misting her a bit with a spray with a bit of humic carbon in there. I plan to pot her up to a square plastic pot I used to keep my mom's in, it's 5" across. Gonna wait...

That's what I read too. Someone mentioned lemon juice / vinegar could kill off beneficial bacteria. So they suggested just incorporating grape juice which I guess is ph 3 they said. I think this gets into the ph value is ph value and it doesn't matter what you use as long as you bring it down so...
