VPD numbers, is a VPD of 1.00 the same across all temps?

Here's a really easy VPD Calculator. You can play around with different room and leaf temperatures and relative humidity.

Can anybody give me a link or pic for a LED, VPD chart please

Any time I see VPD I'm always out there hocking my wares! Click here for a VPD Calculator. Once you hone in on a VPD you can make adjustments to optimize growing conditions and energy consumption. Happy growing :)

Let's talk about VPD while budding ?

I would think that the surface temperature should be taken at the leaf. The VPD is the difference between the room conditions and leaf conditions. The bud is probably somewhere in between these conditions (is my guess). Here's a Calculator where adjusting temperature and/or humidity calculates...

    buds humidity and ripen

Hey @Ecksrdz , the temperature, and humidity are related. You can use this calculator to find your VPD. Recommended VPDs range from about 0.8 when you are propagating and 1.6 for flowering. Depending on your humidity sounds OK. It is my understanding that VPD is considered the "special...

    Here to Learn & Help

Hey there! I am an engineer and live in Florida where recreational use will probably never be legal 🥴. But I have been learning somethings about growing and want to learn more. I create engineering calculators with the hopes of making engineering concepts accessible to everyone. I just made one...

First dry HUMIDITY got up to 90%

Yikes, sounds like @Dizzy88 had good practical advice for this batch. In the future, the best way to control the environment is by monitoring Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) which is based on temperature and humidity (here is a calculator). Each grower's VPD is their "secret sauce" for optimal...

    Temp/Humidity

Hey @GrowWithTheFlow, the best way to control the environment is by monitoring Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) which is based on temperature and humidity (here is a calculator). Each grower's VPD is their "secret sauce" for optimal growth. It looks like your VPD goes from about 2.13 during the...
