Jumping Right In! Brand New Set Up

These Bruce Banners are in week 11. I gave them a heavy K burst about a week ago. Maybe a bit much. The clones from the good mom handled it fairly well. The weaker ones, not so well. They’re the well done ones in the back row.

Jumping Right In! Brand New Set Up

The New clones are manicured and jarred. They are beautiful! Sticky, stanking and sparkling! I got some mini hygrometers from Amazon and they’re showing 58%. The total came to 255 grams! That’s 20, 14” plants average LST’d. That to me is a success.

I’ve been thinking, the fan doesn’t cool the water it cools the air above the water. Duh! It cools the air around the roots.

I’m fine with 21C just don’t want it any higher. 20 is better though. Not complaining, just stating.

Jumping Back In! Not So New Setup

Tonight these two moms hate me. I just cut them up. I’ll see how they feel tomorrow. These cuttings are Sapphire Scout and Amherst Sour Diesel. I think I might use a couple of these for outdoor this summer. Along with the Gorilla Breath and the Gelato.

Well, the fan on the Turbokloner doesn’t seem to make any difference. The temp still remained at 21C after another 24 hours. I did originally have it on a soft mat which may have insulated it a bit. I removed it tonight. I will check the temp again tomorrow.

Using a heated blanket instead of an official plant germination heat mat?

I used a smaller heat pad, like a back pain type, a couple of years ago. Had to put a dividing layer because it got too warm on the lowest setting. It did work though. The shite part is it shut off every 2 hours so I had to keep timing it and turning it back on.

Another bug question for this noob

It will get a lot worse. See any webs yet? They are known as the Borg of pests. Very hard to eradicate. 9 parts alcohol + 1part water spray. Don’t hesitate. Good luck!
