Enthusiastic new grower looking to become good enought at this to make therapeutic products for loved ones.

The bottom two leaves of my 6 week seedling are discoloring at the tips. I thought it was nutrient burn so I flushed it with ph balanced water for a couple of days but that did not help. Any ideas on what may be the problem?
