When I left for work Saturday around 1:30pm, my plant was very healthy. I come home to it curling down with brown and yellow stains on the leaves. So I flushed it with water, now it smells like ammonia. Can this plant be saved? What can I do?

Thank you. I'll do so. Was just worried seeing the cotyledon broke off. The bank I bought them from gave me bad seeds that didn't germinate. Just hoping these aren't bad as well. Tomorrow will make 1 week I started growing them

I'm using fox farm soil. There's no need for me to give base nutrients when the soil is full with nutrients to last a good 4 weeks.

The research I've done and watching countless videos, distilled water was recommended.
