Sorry to hear it - that's a very significant amount of light, but at least it wasn't mid-night cycle. You might be alright. Get a pulse one or a pulse pro and catch it right away next time

Did some research on this, to sum it up: VPD at night isn't nearly as important as your day VPD, it's still an important factor to consider for vigorous plant growth and increased yields I've got an update all about night time VPD here on my blog if you wanna learn more: VPD AT NIGHT

i'd maybe open a top vent on your tent a little, let some of the hot air escape but keep most of the heavier CO2 inside the tent.
