Is this possible mold? Or a plant deficiency? I’ve yet to give my week 2 veg any nutrients only water so it’s not burn , It appeared over the last two days wanted someone’s opinion before I watered them again.

I am in week 2 of my veg cycle and noticed this particular plant’s leaves is curling up. Am I over watering it? I haven’t started feeding it yet so I know it’s not a nutrient over kill, but does that mean it is a possible deficiency then? please help! Any and all assistance would be appreciated:)
