Examine the nodes of the plant and look for either the early growth of small sacs on a male, or two bracts on a female, which will eventually produce the hair-like stigma.

Ooo usually that how the male pollen sacs are described, like a pistol or a literal ball sac of sorts. Is there no white hairs growing anywhere? Or is it just like those green pistol lookin balls growin?

Getting sun out in AZ.

So these pics are from today. This is my only plant at the moment. I began growing in a pot on my front balcony using coco mix. Shes come out pretty nicely all things considered. It was just a seed from a white widow bud.
