I dont dry in a jar, I dry in a tent and cure/store in a jar. In the jar I can maintain the 58% to 62% while storing.

Everyone has their own process they use, this is mine. This is also assuming you can control the environment inside your tent and grow room. I use the same tent I grew the plants in. It is so much easier to control the environment inside the tent as opposed to anywhere else. It would be a shame...
