Well it's 2022 now and it's 20 a bag at the nursery by me in east San Fran bay ,contra costa county .

Nah I don't knowhow much water I'm going to guess atleast 15 gal with over 10 cu ft of substrate ..... the cups go down through the screen filled with a Peet mix to wick the water up . Hope it works out for me I know tomatoes love those boxes ....
