Why water "every two days"? Never water on a schedule like that, especially when they're that small, water them when they need it. Let them completely dry out between watering as one of the previous posters said. Water from the edge of the leaves outward, encourage your roots to spread out...

Threw this together really quick, these are some of the moms in the trench from last year.
