Help choosing seeds for my next indoors grow

Hi everyone! Been growing indoors for a couple of years now. However, after four grows of White Widow, kind of wanted to try something different. But the offer on the market is mind blowing these days! Can some more experienced members help me choose? 1. I am a big fan of indica/sativa...

CBD plants: are they worth it or is it mostly BS?

Hi everyone! The wife is trying to convince me to grow some CBD plants to help with her inflammation pains, general stress, stuff like that. I'm under the impression that more CBD (and less to none THC) usually means a sober but analgesic effect. So question is... are they really worth it to...

1st grow => 1st harvest. Does this look ok?

Isn't 7 days a bit excessive? I was under the impression you'd have to let them dry for about a week if they were cut and hanged wet like you say. But I spent all weekend wet-trimming them, so they're more airy and drying quicker. But I guess a few more days in the dark in a dry room won't...

1st grow => 1st harvest. Does this look ok?

Hi everyone! Spent the most part of this weekend harvesting and trimming (boy, wet trimming is looooong work, even with good tools!). I just harvested around 80% from each plant (set of 4). Let the remaining 20% of smaller lower growths there for a week more, maybe they'll get some extra...

    Best nutes for coco dripfeed

I'm starting my second grow in a couple of weeks using one of those watertanks with drip-feed also in coco. I've chosen the Tripart from Terraquatica. Here is a link: Terra Aquatica TriPart Mind you, it's the same 3 bottles from start to finish, but you do have to follow the schedule and...

Got a butter maker, do I need to decarb first?

Thanks! Next question: I have two ovens. A larger gas oven where bigger cookings are prepared; and a smaller electric grill oven. I'm guessing I should use the bigger one? The smaller electric oven does have grills closer to the food, and I'm afraid it will cook the weed in no time...

Got a butter maker, do I need to decarb first?

Hi everyone! I got one of these butter-infusion makers that have a deposit where you can place your weed for creating an infusion. Unfortunately, the instructions are nowhere to be found. But I got the basic gist of it. My question is, should I decarb the weed first before putting in the...

Does anybody top or lolipop their auto flowers?

I believe I have been smoking auto strains for the past 10 years without knowing it... I first noticed (about 8 to 10 years) ago that the weed I was purchasing was different. I don't know, maybe a lack in potency that I attributed to me getting old or something. Now I have a theory. In my...

Does anybody top or lolipop their auto flowers?

Autos are great for my balconies, for example! I always have a couple going in a balcony next to my living room, they only get about three hours of direct sunlight each day, so they can't be picky and auto's are great for that reason. I just leave them there, feed them occasionally, let them do...

Should I harvest my 1st grow in just one go?

In your experience (even with them being autos) do the lower growths get bigger if you leave them be for another week or two? Or do they get thicker? Just not sure what to expect. I'm guessing they won't have time to grow much in size, but what do I know...

New Strain Hype but just Hype

Loving this thread! Can I chip in? I'm a long time smoker, but only now started to grow. Needless to say, when I had to choose seeds to start with, I was overwhelmed by the strains and variety, so instead opted to grow something tried and tested, and chose White Widow. I remember smoking it...

Should I harvest my 1st grow in just one go?

The smaller lower growths do have a bit more whitey hairy stigmas popping out at the top. Looking at their trichomes directly, they don't seem that different (cloudy/milky/hazy-white) from the ones on top. But fact is they have more white stigmas, whereas the ones on top either curled inside or...

Should I harvest my 1st grow in just one go?

Hi everyone! I'm planning on harvesting my first grow next Saturday. I was thinking of doing it in two steps: harvest, say, the top half of the plant; then give the lower smaller growths another week to mature. My reasoning was that the top main flowers are probably a bit more ripe than the...

1st grow, are these getting ready to harvest? Some help?

That's great! Thanks, I'll look around. For that kind of price, it's a no brainer.

1st grow, are these getting ready to harvest? Some help?

Yeah, one of the plants is still projecting new white pistils, but most are getting "quieter" now. Definitely have to get some kind of magnifying glass. Thanks!

1st grow, are these getting ready to harvest? Some help?

Thanks. It's the watering that I'm never really sure of... too much? too little? too sparse? too frequent? Well, we're nearing the end and no big harm is done, so... probably wasn't that far off. Cheers!

1st grow, are these getting ready to harvest? Some help?

Hi everyone. This is my first grow. - Indoors tent / 465W full spectrum LED's / 4 x White Widow feminized plants (not clones, different mothers) - gradually switched to flowering light scheme (12/12) from the 12th to the 18th November 2022 - the first flowering white pistils started coming...

last watering was on Thursday ya think it is time for another ?

I use a similar method, and only water when the gauge is between the DRY and the MOIST, like number 3 ou 4. Bellow 2, too dry, not good. Don't let it get so dry. Above 5, still moist, so not necessary. So the hot spot should be around 3 or 4.

Do you get more or less pests with coco when compared to soil?

Do you mean cover the top 1/2inch of soil, then proceed to water as usual? Or water first, then cover the soil? Cover it after every water? Or add the product to the feeding water? What's the best way to go about using the diatomaceous earth? Thanks.

    Help with burnt edges please

Well, I have four plants in my tent at this moment. And every new grow also comes out with white-yellowish tips. I'm growing four White Widows (indica/sativa hybrid). As the leafs keep growing, most white tips disappear, then the leafs get all green. But some of those leafs (i'd say about 4%...
