Is this a mutation? Anyone seen this before?

While I'm not overly experienced, I have seen a lot of pictures from others and I've never seen anything like this. Zkittlez auto, day 59. Lots of off shoots from branches, some offshoots have offshoots.

Help with gnats in tent please

So far I haven't seen anything on the plant itself, only on / in the soil or flying around. Did not consider DE being bad for lady bugs although it seems obvious now you've pointed it out. The numbers have definitely declined so something is working, but it isn't solved yet. I'm letting it...

Help with gnats in tent please

I'm in the UK, not USA. I was thinking about going hunting for ladybugs to put in there to eat the gnats, would that work? I've used mosquito bits today.

Help with gnats in tent please

Ground up exoskeletons, right? The hydrogen peroxide seems to have helped, I used that yesterday. I'll use the mosquito bits either late tonight or tomorrow morning so it's not getting too wet again, then maybe regular usage of the DE to keep on top of it. On the next grow I'll try using DE all...

Help with gnats in tent please

I read that once the surface soil dries, they go deeper and can attack the root, I believe the damage to the plant comes from diseases getting into the roots where the gnats have opened it up, but I'm also a beginner so ... I've had the sticky traps in for 3 days and I've let it dry, I used...

Help with gnats in tent please

Thanks. The diatomaceous earth hasn't arrived yet. The mosquito bits have arrived and they've been soaking for an hour so far, I'm led to believe the longer they soak the better so maybe best to wait til tomorrow? The hydrogen peroxide also arrived today. Should I use the hydrogen peroxide now...

Help with gnats in tent please

The sticky strips caught one immediately. Can someone confirm it's definitely a fungus gnat?

Help with gnats in tent please

So you're using it as a preventative rather than a cure? Good to know for next time. Is it safe to use on any compost? The best I can get for this is tomato compost, which does appear to be a little hot

Thanks. Dr zhymes doesn't seem to be available here, the other one is though. You don't need both together do you?

Help with gnats in tent please

Day 54, 2 autos, one indica other sativa. There are tiny flies in the soil, upon research they seem to be gnats. I've got a tub of cider vinegar and washing up liquid sat in each pot (no flies in them in 24 hours) I've ordered several things to try but don't know which is best, what can and can...

    What is wrong with these?

I'm not feeding now due to nutes in the tomato compost but this is the food I use, I tried feeding half of the strength recommended a few weeks ago and that seemed to be when the problems started.

    What is wrong with these?

Also did you notice the droop of the leaves on the indica? Is that light related too or something else?

    What is wrong with these?

*adding more info as I can't edit the post* Pics one, six and eight are an indica auto. The others are a sativa. Both day 44 from seed. Tomato compost (nothing better available) not feeding due to nues in the soil and I fed about 3 weeks ago and that's when the problems started. Watering when...

Copied from my previous more detailed post that didn't get any replies - pics one, six and eight are an indica auto. The others are a sativa. Both day 43 from seed. What's wrong with them? Tomato compost (nothing better available) not feeding due to nues in the soil and I fed about 3 weeks...

    What is wrong with these?

I'm going to try raising the light. Why is it the mid leaves and not the top if that is the issue?

    What is wrong with these?

Thanks. I'll try raising it a bit Do you recommend lowering the intensity too, or not?
