I am looking into it. I have very little space, but I'll do what I can. When I'm not using my tent for weed, I'll likely grow tomatoes or cucumbers. I wish I could get a bit of soil in old growth forest, but I don't know if my body would cooperate. That, and it's rain season.

I ferment kombucha, yogurt, and sauerkraut. I also grow microgreens. I don't see any reason why pot plant can't have some.
