You should have a humidity dome over it for the first few weeks, seedlings need humidity more than they need watering of the soil. I just use a clear plastic solo cup, just spray the plant and spray the inside of the cup and cover it. Spray the plant few times once a day and keep it covered...

The tips may have Nute burn, have you tried flushing the plants with just PH'ed water and not feeding for 2-3 days?

Flush your plant with Ph'ed water, no nutes. Then feed your plants once every other day and see if that helps. To me it looks over watered and maybe nute burn.
