Reviving an older thread because this stuff blew my socks off.
Anyone know of some breeders that offer something similar?
I found these which look intriguing. Anybody have any experience with them?
Living soil. All organic amendments. 2nd grow in this soil. Week 6 of flower. Had the same issue with the last grow but not as bad as this one is becoming. My first thought is too many nutrients. However, the yellowing suggests to me that there’s a deficiency. Most likely phosphorus from what...
New-ish grower (1st time indoor). Please excuse the cross post. I can't imagine growing a frostier plant then the one in the middle here. Beginner's luck?
I had enough last night and used my shop vac to suck up probably 100 adults lol.
Top dressing with neem seed meal helps keeps the larvae under control, maybe some diatomaceous earth as well. I don't think there's a magic bullet.
I wouldn't go that far, but some years for sure. Usually we're saved by the santa anas in Sept and Oct but this year the el nino sent us multiple tropical storms. After the rains, it was 90% humidity with zero wind for days at a time. So, not only did we get the rain but we got almost no...
I read that passion fruit vines attract a specific type of butterfly that scares off the moths that lay bud worm eggs. I plan on encircling my garden next year in the stuff. Already have the vine growing on my fence. Has anyone tried this yet?
Making your own is best but I've had good results with 420 soil. I used it for germ and through transplant into sexting pots this year and it did the job pretty well. Will probably do the same next year.
Yes. They tend to lay the eggs at night, so that's when you want to use the net. They're also super territorial. You can make white plastic cutouts of the moths and stick them in your plants and they'll stay away. Google is your friend for that one.
