Worms! I love using them. In NY they are everywhere my outdoor pots attract them. In Florida my problem with using worms are armadillo’s and raccoons. They will dig thru my soil and trash the pots getting at the worms. Same if topdress with bone or blood meal.

I would kill that plant. Your other plants are doing great. It could be all the reasons above why that plant is doing what it's doing. Would be horrible if what ever it turns out to be, is something that can spread.
