The plant looks actually great and I do not see any severe issues, just MIGHT BE you overdid a little with trimming. Well, just keep a good feeding but do not overfeed and she'll be fine. Blooming nicely!

To be fair I do not see any issues with that plant, at least not something that require immediate treatment, the orange thing is just a phenotype I guess, no much worry about it
