You need to give it another good watering so the roots expand fully in the pot. It's probably just lacking the essentials Feed, oxygen.

How often you watering?

Oh yeah and I have a bad habbit of watering over the leaves -- realising it's doing more harm than good. I think those are just water spots regarding mildew. No other plants express it.

Removed a few fan leaves from this young auto flower to reveal heavily shaded sprouts. Seems like they're getting fried a bit? But the tips are not dry.

Hey just from experience use a potting soil for seedlings in cups, with a little clear plastic cup ontop to keep humidity. The coco perlite mix is good but rough for seedlings to develop a base from. Harder to absorb nutrients from larger granular medium. All the best with the grow
