Really nice buildout is right! If your not using bennies I will sponsor your first grow, PM me if you want to use Hydro-Fungicide. The 62 degrees is great advice, but in California you will still get slime at any temperature from most municipal water sources.

I would say a maintanance dose of 2ml\gallon should dissipate in 5-7 days, but if you want to switch to bennies starting with a fresh tank has to be the best idea.
