Depends on how much cfl you`re gonna use but generally speaking the sodium light you want to buy will perform better than cfl.It will penetrate further and give denser buds but will run much hotter than cfls.

Hello folks,my white widows have about 2-3 week to go,the trichomes are about 80-90% cloudy,10-20%clear and I usually by this time have a lot of orange hairs but this time there`s hardly any.Is this a sign of something wrong?

I`m sure I read somewhere that something important happens on the dark period,like root growth or something but I can`t 100% remember if it`s roots.

I`m wanting to mix molasses and pk13/14 and need to know to what ratio they should be mixed? and also,does it matter what make of molasses it is?

On ebay there`s a "cuttings lamp" that`s good also for veging up to flower time.It`s not expensive either,about £30-£40.

You could always splash out on a 200w cfl and use it as the main sorce of light and the others as side lighting.

Because the hood is pre-bent and fits the space perfectly.Spacing the bulbs further apart would require the hood to be flattened out a bit and that would make it too wide to fit.

Basically I want to modify 1hood to take 2x 125cfl and would like to know if the bulbs are too close to each other could the heat make them break?I`d be placing them side by side with only 1-2inches between.
