    I don't think it would work unless you could control the temperature and relative humidity of the ambient air. I use regular lids and the Food Saver attachment. I don't have a vacuum sealer with a port, so I use a brake bleeder tool to create the vacuum.

    Inexpensive USB microscopes are generally disappointing, often due to difficulties with focus. The quality just isn't there yet at the lower price points.

    You can't run waste water to the septic tank because it screws up the bacterial balance. Septic systems are batch systems - flood and rest. You're not supposed to have a continuous flow into your septic.
