I new to the growing side of things myself but as far as I know, no that wouldn't be enough light for 40 beans. I would suggest getting yourself a T-5 setup. I don't know how you would put a seedling into your cloner though. You could put cuttings in there no problem but not sure how that works...

I've seen 4 1000 w'ers in a 10 x 10 and it makes the windows steam up. So yeah, it creates some bi heat. :afroweed:
