has anyone epoxy'd their concrete floors? treebark1950 has a potentially great midpoint in terms of cost/benefit... vinyl sheet flooring.... not a bad idea, waaaaaaaaay cheaper than epoxy, but how does it handle spilled peroxide, caustic elements. Does it breath, or off gas into the rooms air?

I was looking at R values... that spray shit seems the way to go... are you seeing returns in lower electric bills? Did you spray any ducting After the spray, did you install drywall? / tape & finish?
