What are the dimensions of your rooms? The attached pic shows blue flexible but rigid pipe that can easily be attached to 500lb+ CO2 tank, then add smaller tubing to each room.

Siemens EQL4100, rated for 100A, but small enough to wire to 30A/240V breaker, then add some breakers and receptacles to the Siemens loadcenter.

You can separate the Gavita ballast from the DE fixture, you'll need a single gang box, some fittings and 600V rated lampcord, done it before for a 30/30 flip.

Gavita is no different than any other electronic ballast. You can separate the DE fixture from the ballast and use them for a flip.

Pull the main breaker and see if the bus has any arcing on it and check the bottom of the main breaker, also tighten the lugs where the power wires connect, heat causes expansion and made need to be tightened and add some antioxidant compound if required.
