Looks very similar to the Cali-o. Look at the major fans leaves, see if you see a double serrate fan leaf??? That is very indicitive of the cali-o AE had. LOOKING GREAT and Healthy!!!! BK

How close to the light are these girls sitting? Put your hand in front of the girl in between the tip and the light source. Does it burn ? Hold it there as long as u can. Now imagine that your girls have 12 hours like that a day. Do you have enough air circulation in the room? BK

Root bound and looks like you might be overwatering a bit. Transplant the little girls and see what happens. BK

Use your finger!!! Jab your Finger down to the knuckle and see how far down the pot the dirt is WET. If it is not wet at all, then you need to water, give a good watering, and like said earlier, make sure that water can drain from the pot. BK

Definately a pH problem. Check pH of water that is running off of bucket. Don't try the first bit of water, make sure that the whole bucket is "moistened" then add a little bit more and catch that runoff and check the pH of that water. Report back and will try to help. BK
