Second Grow: White Widow & Northern Lights, Auto, Cfl

Hey Pumu, Don't worry about what seems to be slow growth. This has nothing to do with the amount of lights you are running, what you have atm is plenty. What is actually going on is the plant is putting all its energy into creating new roots in that big pot. For about 10-14 days it might seem...

Second Grow: White Widow & Northern Lights, Auto, Cfl

Hi Pumu, I'm horribly sick atm so I'm sorry I've not been around in the past few days. I'm going to have to keep this short but I'll come back as soon as I'm feeling better. I did just have a quick read through your last posts since we spoke last and I see you're using the BioBizz range which...

Second Grow: White Widow & Northern Lights, Auto, Cfl

Hi dude :) Can I suggest starting a thread of your own in the autoflower section and we can hep you along with your grow one on one there rather than getting everything mixed up in Puma's thread :) 20/4 would be better for the auto's in my opinion. 19/5 is fine and they will grow perfectly...

Second Grow: White Widow & Northern Lights, Auto, Cfl

I haven't tried this particular Autoflowering White Widow from Royal Queen yet but one of my favourite autoflowers so far has been AutoWhite Widow from Dutch Passion. You'll find that here... https://www.thcfarmer.com/community/threads/dutch-passion-autowhite-widow.60667/ I really do love that...

Ah cool, cheers dude. I've read a lot about Royal Queen, I remember them first coming out with their auto's but I've still not tried any of their genetics yet. I don't know what it is about Northern Lights and autoflowers but I've tried three different NL from 3 different breeders now and not...

Looking good dude, that White Widow is right on track. Who's the breeder of these seeds btw? Haha, yeah, that's definitely a funky one you have there. As I mentioned previously, mutants can be a lot of fun to keep around when you have the space. It's fun to watch them grow into weird and...

Very happy to help dude :) Yeah, that's probably one of the most common problems people run into when they first try growing autoflowers and for obvious reason's, this then puts them off growing them again in the future. One thing to realise is autoflowers and regular cannabis are two completely...

The only reason I mentioned the lower wattage LED quite simply was price. If you can afford a nice 300W then go for it dude. You won't regret it. I just threw the UFO out there as it's a nice cheap model to get you started to see how you feel about LED's. No point in wasting hundreds to find out...

Second Grow: White Widow & Northern Lights, Auto, Cfl

Yeah, as I mentioned above dude, you may want to consider ripping that particular plant out and starting again with something else. That's definitely either struggling to form a healthy root system or is just a straight up mutant. If you really want to finish with two nice plants, then I...

Second Grow: White Widow & Northern Lights, Auto, Cfl

Howdy dude :) If you're worried about temps with your lights that close then aim the fan at the bulb, this will keep it slightly cooler while the plants are so close. As I said though, it's not totally necessary so if you feel comfortable where you are then leave it and carry on :) Yup...

With regular varieties of Cannabis I would agree, however with Autoflowers, the absolute best thing you can do for them is to start them off in the pot you intend to grow them in. As Autoflowers have a predetermined grow time the last thing one should do is restrict growth or cause shock by...

Hey there Pumu, Thank you for the nice PM. I'm glad to hear I've brought a little extra knowledge to the auto scene here and yes of course, I'd be more than happy to follow this along with you and help where I can. Firstly, your set up sounds great, they should really thrive in there. One...

Olde English Seed Co. - Big Daddy

Hey dude, Yeah, I'm sorry this thread died, honestly, I can't remember for what reason, but I actually happen to have 2 Big Daddies above ground right now (about 3 days old) and I've been isolating a particular pheno of the Treacle I came to love which I recently used to make a new cross to...

    Dinafem Sour Diesel Auto Dwc

Hey CG, Nice to meet you dude. Your plants are looking great, you obviously know what you're doing ;) It's so nice to see auto's being displayed in all their glory, looks like you're gonna be in for a tasty harvest. As you've figured out, autos aren't quite the same plant to grow as regular...

    Accurate Information About Autoflowering Plants

It can do if you leave them in there for too long but 2-3 weeks should be fine. Most of my grow buddies do this all the time. So long as you transplant them before they show sex you should be fine but the earlier the better really :)

    Accurate Information About Autoflowering Plants

Cow manure would be my suspect. I've literally burned every single auto I've grown when I've tried to add manure. The only one I've found I can get away with is bat manure. Again though, my diagnosis would be nutrient burn so flush them through with plain water and stick to feeding them pure...

    Accurate Information About Autoflowering Plants

Hey dude :) Those three plants at the back look like your soil is too hot or they're being fed too much too early. Those crispy browning edges are a sure sign of nutrient burn. If I number them in order of picture 1, 2, 3.... Then in my honest opinion, I would kill number 2 and 3 and start some...

    Accurate Information About Autoflowering Plants

Nice mix of plants dude. Some I can see have been stunted slightly so they're flowering early so they're gonna finish rapidly. You probably won't get a lot of bud from those if you keep them but you will at least get some smoke to keep you going till the bigger, fatter plants you have in there...

    Accurate Information About Autoflowering Plants

My pleasure dude, more than happy to help :) Can't wait to see your progress, any problems along the way and just give me a shout dude, I'll do what I can to help. Just chopped this beautiful autoflower down yesterday evening... ended up with 354g wet weight so I should get a nice stash once...
