a quick update.... after 3 days of darkness, lights come on 12/12...the bud heads are formed already, hopefully i wont have too much further vertical growth, and ill get thickness...the rootballs are now just starting to drop, so i'll have to "ebb N flow" the feeding 3 times a day for a couple...

i got some different PH Down, advanced nutrients and i believe that will fix my problem, the other, GH ph down was too much acid, i only needed a few drops of the new as apposed to the 1/2 to 1 ml of the old to bring it down.....Im givin them just water for 2 days, then back to a mild feeding...

i appreciate the help....i do filter my water with a Zero Water filter kit....tds/ppm of my water is always 0.0 when starting off....now the only change i have made to my routine is using General Hydroponics PH Down....i ran out of what i usually use and figure this would be ok....now i noticed...

got another problem.... c couple of my plants are starting to get yellowing leaves....never happened to me before...been using the same nutes for years, the General Hydroponics Flor Micro series, ya know the brown, green, pink collective, and botainicaire cal mag...this is strange, any thoughts...

well, just to report what happened today, this morning i kept the level of 6.5 PH, and within 6 hours the plants started to droop, i change the PH to 5.8 and within 4 hours perked right up, wow, this was a noticeable difference, so ill keep it in the 5.6 to 5.8 and see how that works....thanx...

i hope all is well.... i am going to change my PH to 6.5 and see if that helps, i always hovered around 5.9 to 6..2, and like wise, 5.8 to 6.1...i'll try it for awhile to see if anything changes, i also increased my cal/mag just a bit...at this point for a couple plants, i got no choice but to...

Hello Seamaiden, thanx for the charts and info ya share. i had a question on the PH chart, what is the sweet spot ya want the ph so the plant gets the nutes ya give it? in hydro i always try to keep between 5.8 and 6.1...is that a good range? crate
