Looking to cover my Wilma 8XL tank with COB LEDs and taking a leaf (so to speak) and build my own LED unit as you have made a lot of sense

1 Are the Cree CXA3070 just white and do I need to suppliment with red and blue
2 what are the boxes between the lights and fans and the power supply
