Just my 2 cents based on 37 yrs of growing....concentration of auxins in a cutting will no effect how it roots...ALL ROOTING HORMONES are auxin based because it promotes rooting on cut ends of many plants...it was developed to assist propagation in harder to root plants to preserve desireable...
