Gonna mix Diatomaceous Earth With my coco and layer some lava rocks and a fabric pot ontop of that then coco and greensand on top Pretty sure it's root aphids fucking it up

After 5 days of aggressive root washing The new growth is still doing the same shit Leaf curl ,missing leaf parts ,holes in the leaf

That's just one of them the others have little wings

Looking at the coco I found these and a bug smaller crawling out of the coco on the top What kind of root bugs could cause that damage ?

Really appreciate this help I will do so and update you guys in the next coming days the damage appeared quick within five days of me removing previous infected leaves and material
