Yea all my current plants that are in my flower tent were popped in the solo cups with FFOF. they only show signs of stress because I think I over fed at some point, now I'm only doing water and compost teas with them. Hopefully it helps bring them back and even them out

It’s it’s always worked for me in the past, I have a backyard with 875sqft and I always sow into the soil. Only indoors do I use peat pellet and only once did I do the solo cups with FFOF and it worked also. I like the sow into the soil method the best

I usually put my seeds into peat pellets and have a 90% germ rate. I only tried the paper towel thing this one time and it really isn’t my thing.

What’s the temps? Did you harden it off? Looks like maybe shock, overwatered, and nute def. but you gotta post info in order for someone to help cause those are all guesses without knowing any info to the conditions before you stuck it outside
