    Rapid Led Hobby Kit

Should be a nice fixture for a closet grow. I'd stick a couple of DWC buckets under it and see what grows.

Looking For "under Current" Hy Dro Plans!

I use HDX 17 gal totes from Home Depot with a 6" netlid cut into each cover. I use 2" bulkhead fittings rather than uniseals-that's the min. size I'd run because of possible clogs from root growth . My system only runs 4 totes and I don't use a rez-I just recirc from the last tote in line back...

Looking For "under Current" Hy Dro Plans!

Duc, any ideas on the number of plants or size you have to work with?

Help On Cob Design For 2x4

My setup on the 4 vero arrays is 2-3kVero29SE(D) and 2-4kVero29SE(D) on a HLG-320H-C2100B and a rapidled dimmer pot. Used Rapid for the pin sinks and fabbed up a simple 4' frame. I wouldn't bother with lens or reflectors. I got better uniformity without them. My setup uses a walk-in closet...

Help On Cob Design For 2x4

That should be a good fit. On the original question, I'd look at a HLG320 family of drivers. That will give you optimal PPF output for your 2x4 when used with good diodes. I have run a couple of 320w VeroSE arrays using 4 140mm pin sinks. Does an incredible job of creating light and not to...

    Before I Hit "pay Now"

From what I can see, the only difference between the 550 and the 600 is the driver. If I was spending my money-the 600 would be a no-brainer.

What Is Some Of Your Yields Using 1000 W Led Lights?

Welcome, Sunset. There are many variables that effect yield-light is just one of them. Trying to decipher what type of lighting you're using illustrates what difficulties most folks have trying to compare lights-false claims. Although led efficiency varies widely, using the actual power...

Stansen Led Grow Light 900 Watt Full Spectrum.

Generally, having a bluer light bias during veg is ok, then a red shift during bloom. If that was the light I had to use-it would have both switches flipped all of the time.

Problem With Water Level In Rdwc

I run a 8 bucket RDWC system plumbed back into a central 18g rez. Simple gravity return but I have elevated my buckets about 3" above the rez to create a pressure gradient. As long as there are no restrictions in the return line it's just about finding the right balance between total system...

Are Rapidled And Similar Kits Worth It

Understood...I hope that 8lbs is a Really wild guess because it's going to be damn challenging to turn that out of a 4x4 over a year.

Are Rapidled And Similar Kits Worth It

Hello, Thunder. I also grow for medical needs and I found that working backwards let me make an informed decision. Figure out how much weed you'll need( I only do 1 indoor grow/year) to give you an idea of the number of plants. I have a 8 bucket RDWC system and those plants produce more than...

    Will I Have Enough Space?

Based on the light output, each of those arrays will flower a 3x3 area. With the 6 girls you have I'd try and configure a triangle with your lights and then form a circle of the six plants with a pair on each side of the light. Not the best coverage but it maximizes what you have.

    Led 600watt Full Spectrum Advice...

I've found that seedlings will do well on low light but as soon as it produces its 1st set of real leaves I increase light levels. I use a basic PAR meter and I get really good growth in veg @300ppfd but I crank up the output in flower and try to keep the canopy above 500. Main thing I've...

Rapid Led 12 Cob Kit Assembly

That is the primary reason I chose the SE version. I would use some Kapton tape to secure the wiring. That will prevent any strain issues.

    Grow Room Flooring

I can't attest to grow room durability, but as a commercial auto garage owner I have had some experience with floor coatings. A 2 part epoxy coating is going to be the most durable but it's also the most tedious to put down. The basic concrete flooring paint is the easiest to use and has a...
