Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

I have plenty of plants in my bud garden growing out of it. actually the majority this year. I don't believe there is much of a cure other than keeping the plant healthy/happy for any chance. The earlier budding plants seem to do the best at growing out of it. Once they start making thc/crystal...

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

That was my first assumption, hopefully the data sheet is legible and not full of non-standardized jargon. In which case consulting fees apply. I can chip in if you want to send a sample.

If we think she is the real deal then find out what the cost is. If anyone knows of a testing laboratory in Canada that actually may have a chance of identifying and deals with ACMPR then I can have samples sent.

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

I'm not sure i agree to continued damaging affects in seed, I am growing seed of last years cross out of purple infected plants. I have these going at multiple locations with no sign of reduced capabilities or any sign of purple except for the ones in the area that gets this along with...

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

A good amount of my plants are looking better, I also fed them Bud Factor X (Chitosan) along with the foe cyclone spray the other day. We had spome rain shortly after spraying. However the PM that had started was in full force and not just milk residue. I'm unsure how people get such good...

Please also refer her to this thread if possible. Yours looks a little different, but that may just be how it materializes indoors. Was it attempting to flower before you topped it?

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

I previously mixed up the bag of Nova, so I applied some malathion and then Nova via spray a few days ago. The girls definitely look better for the most part, I would say 1/3 have centers on the new growth that are no longer purple, some have no change however. It also helped keep this dirty...

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

I'd like to add that I revegged outdoor plants that had the purple issue, had some show up in the clones I took indoors but went away. Now I have clones from them outdoors in an area and do not have the purple issue at all. For me the issue exists extensively less than 1000ft away in the bud...

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

I will say I only found 2 in an a half hour of scoping, one on white piece of plastic i left overnight with drying plant and the other on a fresh top. The second being found only near the new growth on top. I think the broads just follow the new growth? Have all of your infected plants been in...

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

Actually I've used this stuff previously on mites/aphids etc. with not much luck, Malathion worked much better for me. That is my experience.

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

I had to do some major hunting to find these mites, definitely not an infestation imo. However look at this spore of death, looks like a axolotl. Maybe it's not a spore but notice the fraying on the bottom one:

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

I have a 100x-250x scope coming so I will have a look. I'm unsure how effective avid will be in an outdoor enviro, but yes I agree it is one of the more potent options we have. Avid has been used by some indoor friends and takes constant multiple treatments along with other treatments to rid...

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

Interesting, I was looking for my jewelers loop today to have a peak after I seen some more weird growths on another stalk. I'm unsure if 60x would even do it, it's hard enough to see spider mites with 60. Our temps would completely max out at 95F here.

Dark Purple Disease Affecting New Growth?

Here is some photos from today. I pulled some males and had a good look at the roots, I cannot see any signs of nematodes, maybe my eye is trained well enough. The Chitosan in the form of bud factor x has showed some increase in growth rate but hasn't done a whole lot for the purple. It's...

I had tried to do this with a local laboratory, however they never called back and seemed uninterested in talking with someone who is not a licensed producer.
