Hello! I'm Synthamesc! I started growing because I found 3 seeds in my Sunny D that I got from a dispensary. My wife threw the seeds into a red Solo Cup and put on the window sill. All three sprouted so I decided "I guess I'll learn how to grow weed". I learn stuff completely when I decide to learn it, so after a couple hundred hours of research, I grew, flowered, and harvested some plants. Got tons of pictures and everything went really well. I ended up with a few pounds of good quality bud. I really got into curing and now I have but that's a year old, smells like candy, and smokes like a cloud. I perfected my soil grow to the point where I got bored. So after about three months of research I built a custom recirculating deep water culture system. I bought every piece at Home Depot or Lowe's and designed it in accordance with what I was doing in my room. My plants are now on week 6 of hydroponic system, I'm probably going to flip them into flower in a week or two. If you have questions on your hydroponics build and design I can help. From understanding the flow of water vs gravity, to the myths out there. (for every person saying "do it this way", you can find 50 articles on both sides.... Which doesn't help at all.) I like growing but really like experimenting with different methods and busting the myths that are out there on the internet.
