so I'm currently on the third week second day of vegetation and I have been running a California Lightworks 600w LED solar system. I currently only have two plants underneath the lights and have been doing 18 on 6 hours off. To increase plant gross could I go to 24 hours on or would that shock the plant and throw it out of whack?

Okay guys I am just waiting on my humidifier which will be here tomorrow. I currently have my terrabloom 6inch exhaust fan plugged into the cooling plug in on my Inkbird and a space heater plugged into the heating plug in. Will I be okay using exhaust fan for cooling? Or does it need to run constantly?

Okay so the grow room is complete, my question is should I grow 2, 3 or 4 plants under my solar system 550W LED full spec from California lightworks?? I want to just put my seeds in my growing medium inside my grow room and let them grow from seed to harvest? I also am wondering if I should start them out in 16 oz Solo cups or 1/2 gallon or 1 gallon containers? I eventually want them in 5 or 7 gallon containers.

California Lightworks 550 SolarSystem with controller. Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with these lights or has anyone heard of someone who has?
