1000w MH which produces less heat

Friends: After buying a cheap MH bulb the first time, I am looking to replace it with quality. It was a Ultra Sun that produced so much heat that I needed two 6 inch fans with a 6 inch blockbuster hood, sealed room, blowing outside air through the hood and back out again in the winter. Does anyone know which bulb no matter the cost (it cost me in AC too) that produces results but creates the least amount of Heat. When I switched over to Hortilux HPS, boy it was totally cool out of the hood. Thanks for all the information.

I'd take 2 600's over a 1k anday I pull 1.5 off 1 600 can you pull 3 with a 1k?

No but you can off of 1200, obviously. 20% is 20%

Just to name a few. All good brands for sure. There is not to many true MH bulbs. Check the spectrums before purchase
