There's a number of members growing seeds from 12-12 this thread is for anyone that's interested in sharing pics and/or ideas related to this topic?

I've got a crop growing atm from 12-12 then 11-13 it doesn't have too long to go so i need to start new seeds this week.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all well, I've been messing around with dark field methods. It's a drop of coco dtw run off, fed salts 3x daily + 4/5 ppm of chlorine.

I have two runs in 12/12 from seed (11/13), I have been a fan of this growing technique for a while (see my thread) in sog between 16 and 12 pots per box. It is ideal for small spaces and very easy to do. I tested the apex cut and also broke the apex, by breaking the apex on the skunk#1 the plants reacted very well. I also think there is a choice on the strain, in my opinion the indicas and the predominant indicas are ideal for this type of culture, after I launched sativas in 12/12 from seed, which I will torture by breaking the apexes to see their reaction and if the harvest will be better.

That sounds good @figolus I'll look forward to seeing how that turns out for you, i'm always looking for improvements.

I was growing them as normal until I got some understanding of growing from 12-12 and established a few phenos worth the effort, it's time now to concentrate more on clones and improving yeild, this crop I tied them down a few weeks after potting them up to flower (I'd need to check dates)

That's sativa leaning it's grown favorably, I've a few others that didn't do so well but it's still an improvement over not tying them.

I'm going to tie them about a week earlier in future ±

I've not had the opportunity to veg anything from 12-12 properly they've only ever been vegged in these root pouches due to the numbers and also growing regular seeds it wasn't practical to veg in bigger I didn't think.

I'm expecting to see some improvements in yeild between bending, lst and bigger root ball?

I've cut back on numbers I've a selection of phenos I'm really delighted with and happy to grow on rotation but I'm continuing to grow seeds for fun because 12-12 from seed fricken rocks and I've few seeds to get through

I got a delivery of seeds yesterday from my bro I'm high just from the delivery

You have to try a lot of things and find what is best. That's why I always test little things to improve performance. The Skunk is very cool strain for 12/12 from seed.

Whats up farm!! After a slight delay in plans (PM) everything is back up and running again.
@Variety719 has gifted Me some beans........

Today marks the 3rd day of 12/12 and they will remain that way until the chop!!

Those are the 1.5 gallon pots. Should be the right size for the BCNL machine.....hoping they are big enough for the plants...time will tell

I was planning to start seeds this weekend but I'm going to hold off for another week, I normally change to 11-13hrs after sexing and potting up but after with tying them down this time I thought the added vegitive growth would be to my advantage so I held off with 11-13hrs until a month into flowering.

From previous crops @7/8wks with 11-13hrs

there's a notable difference between 12-12 and 11-13, I've not tried less than 11-13hrs but I'm prepared to try it, 1hr less made a big difference to the overall time tbh I doubt 10-14hrs could improve the overall effect much but who knows, I didn't think 1hr less would have the effect it did

I'm trying to optimize the 12/12 harvest from seed. To do this, I've tested apex breaking on the skunks, apex cutting on one plant and one bud. I'm testing LST on the sativas.

Then I have two plants that aren't doing well; they're considerably behind the others. I'm going to remove them; there's no time to waste.

with the skunks I am in 11/13 from germination until harvest, there on the sativa I test the 11/13 until the beginning of flowering and I will move to 12/12 until harvest.

I've a few updated pics to share, vegged in 12-12, I continued with 12-12 for 3/4 weeks normally I'd go 11-13 to flower it undoubtedly speeds things up.

Theres 4 clones (back row) the other's are from seed

12-12 from seed no doubts it's the best move I ever made in growing weed

Have I got this right you're going to increase the light by 1hr, how does that work out?

It's something I've thought about, ideally getting through stretch then increase the hrs

Yes

for growth I will be in 11/13 until the beginning of flowering and during flowering I will switch to 12/12. I noticed that under 11/13 during growth, the plant develops faster, and I think that during the flow the 12/12 should increase the yield.

I test everything possible

Yes , it's great for sog , smallbox grow and low budget and easy to have G/W , also the possibility of harvesting every 3 months with suitable strains
